How to Pay Less Tax No Matter Who Wins the Election!
Ok let’s for get all of the other NON-issues right now, becuase really the economy is the most pressing issue, not to mention there enough democrats in the house and senate to block the passing of law you might not want in like banning gay marriage or abortion if it was going to be banned it would have already under the bush administration and also McCain said he favors sate control not federal control of abortion.
So Obama wants to raises taxes, McCain wants to lower several Taxes. Some people are under the impression that somehow the will get to keep more of their money under Obama. Those people are simply ignorant of how to take advantage of McCains Tax cuts and make them work for you. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE RICH TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEM AS OBAMA WOULD HAVE YOU BELIEVE. That is just political spindoctoring. If he told you the truth he you would not vote for him. His whole campaign is based on manipulating people that are ignorant of how the economy works and how to take advantage of Tax breaks.
Sure he’ll give you a Tax Break but It’s want nearly be as much as if you learn how to take advantage of the deductions of the tax code and under McCain you would save even more.
If you know how to work with the Tax breaks and system you could actually live a better life drive a nicer car, and make more money and pay even less taxes than Obama’s tax breaks would allow. I and millions of other people do it every year all 100% Legal!
First go here and see how much of a Tax break which candidate will give you.
obamataxcut.com
Next realize that all of the people claiming that Obama’s Tax breaks will save you more money are referring to his standard deduction plan. Now if you do what I suggest below you will save so much, much more, and in fact by taking advantage McCain tax breaks and doing what I suggest below you will save a huge amount. You can often live a $100,000 a year life style and pay tax only on a $30,000 after deduction income. Why becuase running a business can be very expensive and you are only taxed on profit not revenue generated. You get breaks by re-investing into your business and or hiring people.
How you can take advantage of McCains’s Tax Plan.
McCain want to reduce Capital Gains Tax to 7.5%. The stock market is at a one of it lowest points in many years and it primed for a come back. Now is the time to invest and hold that money for over a year and you will be taxed only 7.5% on the gain make in your stocks. Save your money and invest whatever you can.
McCain wants to lower Corporate Tax to 25% from 35%. Obama’s spin doctors turn this into “McCain want to give Tax Breaks to Big Oil!” the truth of this is that they are not telling you is that ANYONE that has a corporation will get the corporate TAX breaks. You can form a corporation online for $99-$200 at LegalZoom.com or a number of other websites.
You say but I don’t have my own business, I work for someone and Obama’s plan will give me more money in my pocket. Yes if you are totally lazy and lack even that simple skills to turn a hobby that you love into a low cost internet business yes that maybe true. But you can have a small business and still keep your day job. In fact I recommend that you do that untill you are able to quite your day job.
If you have half of a brain you can save more money and do something you love and maybe even have a very successful business and be able to QUIT your day job.
If you read any book on saving on your Taxes the first thing they suggest is to start a home based business becuase it will do more for saving Taxes than any thing else and this works no matter who wins the election, but will you save more under McCain though.
You see when you have a business you get to deduct things that you use for the business.
For example…
Let’s say that you like to make jewelry
You can buy a domain name for $9.95
Start a cheap website for less than $100
Start selling the stuff on Ebay.
You will not only be making more money from this but you will also be able to deduct from your income (and pay less tax)…
The cost of starting the corporation
The cost of having your taxes done.
Your domain names
Your Internet Access.
The cost of new a computer or upgrades
Advertising
Traveling to Tradeshows (maybe the show is in a place that you want to visit)
Cost of materials
A portion of your rent if you work from home. Or you Mortgage interest if you own your home.
Cost of educational materials on marketing
Cost of educational materials on making jewelry
Often you can lease a very nice car every 3-4 years and write off your payments.
Maybe then you decide to get a booth at the local swapmeet, you can write that off too and make more money during the holidays.
Now after you have deducted all of that would you rather pay 25% (McCain) on the income or over 35% (Obama) Remember you must spend the $200 to create a corporation (another deduction) for you business to get the Corporate Tax Rate.
The result is you pay less tax, make more money and can live better life and write much of it off. Make sure you check with an accountant as nothing on this page should be considered TAX or LEGAL ADVICE.
Come on people I read about a 16 year old girl that was making over $300,000 a year from her Myspace Layouts websites. And A boy even younger that was making even more from selling video game cheats. It’s easier now to make money than ever before in history.
Use your brain and apply yourself and choose the Tax plan that will give you the ability to do so and a Tax Advantage. Don’t get conned into that Socialistic B.S. OBAMA is selling you. Only people that have no desire to better their life will benefit economically. He real message is “Misery Loves Company”
I watch CNBC every day while Day Trading the stock market. It’s not political, it’s economic news. They all know his plan is going to hurt the economy, but no one watches that they watch stuff like Obama’s infomercial where he did not even have a live question and answer session. It’s just a sales pitch like on late night TV except he does not offer a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! When takes your money it’s for good.
Don’t forget about the 45% Inheritance tax Obama wants to impose which is just criminal! That means’s that lets say your parents worked hard their whole life and saved and invested and when they die you have to pay 45% before you get any of it! That’s just bullshit and if that’s not Socialism I don’t know what it is! I don’t care if it’s $10,000 or $100,000,000 they worked for it and made it and they should be able to give it to you so you don’t have to work hard and your children and your children’s children.
If everyone started a trustfund for their child at birth with $25,000 by the time that child was 18 they would have more than enough money for college, if they saved the reamainder untill retirmenet at 65 they would retire rich even if they took out $25,000 for each of their children two children at age 30. (You need a 10% per year interest rate for this 2 work. This is much more than possible using the current investment vehicles available today) This also does not include adding any money into the account at all. Which if you are smart you are making additional yearly or monthly deposits. In fact you can add money into your own IRA account and deduct a portion off of your taxes.
You see if every one was smart with money we actually could eliminate poverty all together in just a couple of generations by starting trust/college funds at the birth of your children and instructing them to do the same.
Obama want’s to take 45% from your inheritance to give to others!
The Bottom line is this…
Obama’s Tax plan favors the Poor and Ignorant and does not stimulate economic growth not matter what he claims.
McCain’s Tax Plan is for the Rich and Smart (that want to become rich) and does stimulate economic growth.
If you are one of those people that want to have a big beautiful home, your dream car, travel the world on great vacations and live the American dream. Start voting with the Rich and Smart and start doing what they do with their money. Vote for McCain.
If you are happy being a slave worker bee, driving the same old car year after year, watching your dreams fade over time and your only hope of a greater life is a few thousand dollars in a Obama Tax break and some government assistance program then vote for Obama.
To me a Vote for Obama is a sign that you have given up on ever becoming a success because his policies and plans will only make it harder for anyone to keep their money and make it grow. People want to bitch about the economy over the last several years, yet we have more NEW millionaires in the last 20 years then ever before. Becoming rich is not a matter of who is elected, but of what you believe, what action you take and where you apply your effort.
If Obama does win what do to:
Get a great accountant and start business for sure, or expand your business into other areas that will that will pay off in the future. The key being to reinvest as much money into the business as possible to drop you income as low as possible so that you fall into one of the favorable categories. This will only work for people that are on the edge of the higher Tax Brackets. Where dropping your income by $25K or so will make a difference. For example if you make $80K a year and he is giving a break to those who make $75k a year. It’s time to upgrade you computer to a new decked out Mac Pro with 2 30″ monitors so you can write it of as a legitimate business expense and reduce your income to a level that qualifies for the lower Tax rate. Once again check with your accountant FIRST and make sure that it will do that for you as sometimes things have to be depreciated over several years.
Of course you don’t want to spend too much in a slow economy and and end up with no cash in the bank either. You need to weigh things out. Be smart!
I hope that no matter who you vote for you will use this information to live a better quality of life. The only reason I ever write these blogs is that I hope that I inspire people to stop believing the Bullshit Society is tell us and climb out of Mediocrity and live their dreams. If even one person does that from my writing the time I spent here writing has been well worth it!

I will say that I don’t think the way to stimulate the economy is to the tax the rich. After all, we are the ones that are giving jobs to other people.
However, if they raise my taxes what am I gonna do? Sit around and cry about a few grand? Or, go out and MSMMFM?
MSMMFM = Make Some More Mutha Fuckin Money!
I’ll choose the latter. I look at it as motivation.

A friend passed this along and I thought those who are in favor of redistribution of wealth might appreciate it.
Redistribution of Wealth
Today on my way to lunch I passed a homeless guy with a sign that read ‘Vote Obama, I need the money.’ I laughed.
Once in the restaurant my server had on a ‘Obama 08′ tie, again I laughed as he had given away his political preference–just imagine the coincidence.
When the bill came I decided not to tip the server and explained to him that I was exploring the Obama redistribution of wealth concept.
He stood there in disbelief while I told him that I was going to redistribute his tip to someone who I deemed more in need–the homeless guy outside. The server angrily stormed from my sight.
I went outside, gave the homeless guy $10 and told him to thank the server inside as I’ve decided he could use the money more. The homeless guy was grateful.
At the end of my rather unscientific redistribution experiment I realized the homeless guy was grateful for the money he did not earn, but the waiter was pretty angry that I gave away the money he did earn even though the actual recipient deserved money more.
I guess redistribution of wealth is an easier thing to swallow in concept than in practical application.

Hey Jason, the MSMMFM mindset is the one to have… but it is not yours/our place to pay for everyone.
Is there anything super special that makes you be able to make awesome money? No offense, but the answer is NO. You just have the ambition and the mindset and you put the pieces together. Everyone else has the same chance as you do, so there is no reason that we should foot the bill on them.
Anyway, I realize you said you are not voting for Obama, but I also realized that you do not mind tax increases. Plus, Joe Biden even claimed it was more like $150,000 per household (not per person as they lead people to believe) rather than the $250,000 they have been saying… and another Democrat claimed it would actually be more like $120,000 per household that will see their taxes raised.
So, you should totally check out the FairTax - http://www.fairtax.org. Screw this whole achiever’s tax idea of the income tax system… that’s bullshit.
If you want to read the FairTax book, I will mail you a copy.

nico’s comments are entirely correct……. great to hear someone knowlegable engage the debate, and use the rapier of truth pierce the fog of the politics of celebrity (obama) and point out the economic reality of what he proposes.
liberalism is all about feelings … fairness, tolerance, compassion, which now is overturning the rule-of-law.
it has 3 major benchmarks and, zero principles.
Here are the benchmarks;
there are no moral absolutes. every thing is a grey area
also know as moral relativism
there is no judgement.
with no absloutes and no judgement, all needed is
intellectual justification.
obama. the most far left guy to run for President, fully
intends to change the Constitution ….. there has been
no discussion of this because of the new blackout on the
topic …….. this is what makes him so very very
scary.
The marxists, who teach in Universities and colleges, are
turning out the most hate-filled students, who hate
the US with a passion.
Obama believes what LIBERATION THEOLOGY teaches…..
America is racist, unjust, unfair.
HE intends to rectify this by changing the Constitution.
and of course to remedy that imperialist aggressor
that the US is, we will pay reparation to all the
world’s countries.
This stealth hatred of the US makes him unfit to lead,
oh, by the way, libersl also believe that the US is
the great imperialist aggressor…… this more of
what is the bill-of-fare in the colleges.
they sure make it easy to be a conservative.
Jason Moffatt on November 2, 2008 at 2:15 pm
Quote from the post above…
“liberalism is all about feelings … fairness, tolerance, compassion, which now is overturning the rule-of-law.”
Cuz god knows… Feelings, fairness, tolerance, and compassion are all pretty evil things.
Screw feelings!
Fuck fairness!
Tolerance is gay!
Compassion is for commy pinkos!
Matt Davis on November 2, 2008 at 2:23 pm
Taxes, Schmaxes? You’re killing me man!
If you are paying like 60% taxes, 2% is a shitload.
But still, no matter the percentage, the achiever’s tax sucks.
Their is more to the FairTax though; it would make America the tax haven of the world for coroportations, which would stop outsourcing and actually reverse it all together. Countries would begin to outsource to the USA which means more jobs and more money for Americans… which would also help the economy tremendously.
I am sure my arguments will do nothing to convince you, but just check out how much you could save using their FairTax Calculator: http://www.fairtax.org/site/PageServer?pagename=calculator
I bet you could buy a dump-truckload of Goji Berries with your savings!

Matt,
I’m positive there is a more fair taxing structure. Maybe it is the fair tax.
I don’t know.
My point is that it’s just way easier to make a bit more money to make up for it.
And if I can do that, and it helps someone else, I’m all cool with that. It doesn’t bother me one bit.
I have more important things to worry about then taxes. Stuff like Sunday football, playing with my dog, and surfing.

Thanks for that J-Mo! Flippin’ hilarious. Had to add that to one of my own sites. Hehehehe…
I’m not voting for either one of them either to be honest. This being stuck with the “lesser of two evils” is some crap. There is always the option of a “write-in” which ya ya - I hear a lot of “Ok, just throw your vote Michelle.” The way I look at it “why not?”
I can’t see how anyone would think that the vote matters all that much anyhow, with so many crooked folks in Washington, and the voting system that I don’t think has been changed since the last “re-count” - feel free to correct me if I’m wrong, so maybe I can at least make MY OWN statement.
A statement that says “There is MORE than ONE party” for one, and for two “Neither should be in office.”
Ah well, wishful thinking! Keep an eye on this though - Obama (oh so similar to Osama) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IDcSC7SoJRw LOL!
WILL be the next president.
Want to know why? Whether you believe it or not, the “Illuminati” are playing a hand in plain sight for all to see, (consider the similarity of the naming) even the “Hussein” MIDDLE NAME that Obama carries - coincidence? I think not.
Obama will be in because he is blood-lined to the Illuminati. No other reason. If I’m wrong, I’ll eat a live goldfish on video.
Thanks for the awesome chuckle J-MO!

I just look at it from a different angle.
Hmm, if I want to see it from your angle maybe I need to start watching football and start surfing. Well, I can’t surf in Missouri, so I will have to settle for football. I could always become a Chiefs fan.

I’m voting for Obama.
Voting is not to be taken for granted.
Some people say voting doesn’t change anything.
So they don’t go vote.
Voting is only as powerful as those who choose to do it.
So the people who don’t vote are directly complaining about their *own* laziness.
Fortunately, there are enough wise people to make it count, but it can always be better.
Yes, voting is a choice, but you’re a moron if you don’t choose to do it.
Many in this country were legally forbidden the ability to vote. Choosing not to vote is a direct slap in the face to brave individuals who stood up demanding their voice be heard.
You *can* be heard, and you choose not to speak? Then please refrain from complaining, you had your chance.
I’m a deeply spiritual being, I’m a proud liberal democrat, I’m an honest person who would give the shirt off my back to a stranger, I find the owners of lost money, and recognize that human-compassion is King.
I support gay rights (because the hate of homosexuality comes from the same source as the hate of black people did 50 years ago), I support “environmentalist wacko ideas” like halting global warming.
I’m voting for Obama/Biden because I genuinely like and trust them.
I make lots of money, and my taxes will increase. I look at what I have and there is no room for complaint. I can always make more? Can’t you? I thought you were into Internet Marketing?
There are those with less and need assistance more than we do, and I will be here to help, despite the certain population who act as a drain.
These are the issues important to me. Not some short-sighted quest to save a few ten grand per year when there’s more where that came from. Grow up and think larger.

Sounds like a new business plan. . .
Barack Obama discovers a leak under his sink and calls Joe the Plumber to come and fix it.
Joe drives to Obama’s house, which is in a very nice neighborhood where it’s clear that all the residents make more than $250,000 per year.
Joe arrives and takes his tools into the house. He’s shown the room that contains the leaky pipe under the sink. Joe figures it’s an easy job that will take less than ten minutes.
Obama is standing near the door and asks Joe how much it will cost.
Joe immediately says, “$9,500.”
“$9,500?” Obama replies stunned. “But you said it’s an easy job!”
“Yeah, but what I do is charge a lot more to my clients who make more than $250,000 per year so I can fix the plumbing of everybody who makes less than that for free,” responds Joe.
Obama tells Joe there’s no way he’s paying that much, so Joe leaves.
A week later the leak gets so bad that the Obamas have had to put a bucket under the sink, and it fills up every two hours, so they call Joe back.
Joe goes back to the Obamas, looks at the leaky pipe, and says “It’ll cost you about $21,000.”
Obama immediately says “A few days ago you told me it would cost $9,500!”
Joe explains, “Well, a lot of rich people are learning how to fix their own plumbing, so there are fewer of you paying for all the free plumbing we’re doing for the people who make less than $250,000 — and I refuse to charge the lesser income people for plumbing work.”
Obama tries to straighten out Joe. “But don’t you get it? If all the rich people learn how to do their own plumbing and you won’t charge the poor people, what will you do for money?”
Joe immediately replies, “Run for president, apparently.”

Nico makes some great points about taxes and starting a business. Most of us here on J-Mo’s list are entrepreneurs or are at least making an attempt at it. But we’re a minority. Only about 10% of the population are entrepreneurial. It is the wrong mindset to look down on those who are not entrepreneurial. It does not make them unintelligent. Many people simply are not built to run their own business.
The widening gap between the upper and middle class threatens all of our businesses and the economy as a whole. As an example, anyone selling to the internet marketing crowd knows that the bulk of their customers fall into the middle class…probably making about 40-45K a year at a job and looking to start their own business. Those who fall into this category have been bearing more than their fair share of the tax burden (percentage-wise).
If you are a good marketer, you will be fine no matter who gets into office. If you are wealthy, paying the tax rate that people paid in the 90s will not hurt you. Nico, I think you are dead on about starting a business and taking advantage of the tax code. But I think you may be missing the big picture on this one. Many businesses rely on the middle class to buy their products and services…so giving them some tax relief is not charity for ignorant or unintelligent people. The middle class are a huge driver in the US economy. If they have more money to spend on goods and services, then business sales will increase and the economy will grow. I would highly recommend having a look at what the richest man in the world has to say about the fairness of our current tax system:

Judging from the majority of the comments in the post’s I’m honestly quite surprised to find myself overwhelmingly in the minority here as an Obama supporter. But wait guys, just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse, not only am I an Obama supporter I’m also one of the many proud dedicated Obama campaign volunteers. It’s true your eyes have not deceived you. Your worse fears have been realized. Right here in your mists is a Bill O’Reilly hate-in, Kieth Oberman watch-in, NPR listen-in, dyed in the wool liberal Who’s hell bent on defeating John McSame and Sara the Alaskin beauty Queen Palin in the November 4th election. Vote For The Change We Need, Vote, Barack Obama For President.

Wicked video… Gave me a laugh over my morning coffee.

Despite your colors the only change that will occur is the turning of the calender it will be business as usual
Ted on November 3, 2008 at 3:31 am
Jason, you say your not backing Obama, but that’s not the message of the video. You have a strong call to action at the end of the vid to vote for Obama…And I am further distressed by the “MoveOn.Org” endorsement you put at the end.
Damn, for someone who isn’t voting for the man, I can’t think of a stronger way to campaign for the guy. Humor slips under the radar of many, but you’re backing the man, none the less.
At least have the strength of your convictions and admit you want this guy in the White House.
As for not caring if more money is taken from you to help those in need, I like to do my own donating. I don’t need the government doing it for me, as they see fit (or misfit). They screw up anything that has to do with money. You watch, people will stop donating because the government is supposedly doing it for them. (and they will need what they’ve got left just to live on).
You are free to support whomever you want. Your free to make videos to support your man. But, at least be honest in your support. To deny the blatant intent/message of the vid is cowardly. I had thought better of you.

Thanks for staying home on Tuesday, Jason.
You really will be doing this country and your fellow American’s a great service by not going to the polls.

For all of you guys who don’t get it, this is a viral video campaign produced by moveon.org. Anyone can stick there name in and the video is produced, just like the viral “for President” video of a couple months ago. This isn’t something JMo produced. I sent one myself and was amazed when the responses came back as if I had actually made it myself. Easy to trick the populace isn’t it?

Love the avatar Bert!
I’m voting for Stephen Colbert by the way everyone.

Thanks J-Mo, got some great face-on photos of Llamas in Peru this summer.

Sebastian on November 3, 2008 at 2:16 pm
I won’t vote … see I just can’t, here from that little Switzerland I’m privileged to be able to enjoy!
So thanks for this J-Mo!
See, because I have a dream!
… that on wednesday morning when I wake up on this side of the pond, a great feeling of relief fills me as I know that you guys hade the courage to opt in for Change and that now my 3 girls can hope again to have a better chance to enjoy a more secure and healthier planet,
… that these other 3 chicks will make it to the White House because they stand for being proud of what you believe in and say it with style http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/have-obama-invite-the-dixie-chicks-to-the-whte-house
… that the country that let me share its energy and potential and spirit and love some 28 years ago as an exchange student stops making me sad or even scaring the shit out of me with attitudes of “I want it all and I want it now!” that sure will suck the last hope out our dying Big Blue Ball
… that we marketers from all over realize that our Mass Control skill and power could and should be used for much more that just to shove more and more $$$ or “stuff” into our pockets or down our throats.
Please America, become more of Dreamland again and do wnat it takes not to let again happen the tragedy that happened some 8 years ago … , for all of our children, for our globalized future, for yourself.
I have a dream … that’s all I can have, but I’ll for sure hang on to it.

Vote Obama… you know you want to pay 30% CG tax…
Naomi on November 7, 2008 at 3:57 am
People, don’t you realize that video was a joke, and Jason didn’t make it? It was put together by someone in the Obama campaign, and you can add your name and send it out yourself. Just a bit of leverage in that intense campaign.
