Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie
A ton of people have been asking me how I make my smoothies. Here is a recipe that I’ve been messing with the last few days. This smoothie tastes so good.

Ingredients in this smoothie inclucde… Rice Milk, Raw Cashews, Coconut Oil, Raw Cacao Butter, Raw Noniland Honey, Celtic Sea Salt, Raw Cacao Nibs, Frozen Strawberries, Liquid Crystal Energy, Raw Maca Powder, Jason Wrobel’s Superfood Smoothie Mixture, Goji Berries.

I’ve never included any super foods so I’m going to
buy some Goji Berries and Cacao Nibs off the Ultimate
Super Foods site there lad.
I’ll also include rice milk which I’ve never tried.I’ll
use a rice protein powder I use as my base with Rice Milk,
Natural Peanut Butter,bananas,Cacao and Goji.

Hey Mark,
Been playing my guitars a lot more since I moved into this new place. Been trying to learn some country tunes mostly though. But then I get bored and start jamming bluesy rock stuff.
I’m really trying to buckle down and learn how to listen. I’ve been a terrible listener throughout most of my life, but that is changing!
I wanna get really good this year. It’s about damn time.
