Surfing Session at S. Ponto Carlsbad California

The waves were really good this morning. I missed out on the early session, but was able to grab a few surfing clips a bit later in the afternoon. This is also the first time I’ve loaded up HD footage to Vimeo. Enjoy. (Viewing tip = If you click the button on the bottom right, next to the word “vimeo” you can see the video in full screen mode)

That is a great video. I just moved here to San Diego and look forward to learning how to do some surfing myself.

Hey Shane, I’d love to but I’m too busy surfing the breaks to spend time to film them.

    Jason,

Get out there while the water is warm buddy.

Man, I saw on the weather channel some awesome waves kicking up this week there. You should take some footage. Looks Glassy with huge face from what I saw. Had to be 10 footers on average.

I was surfing south Ponto yesterday dude. Good stuff. Did you use a template from Final Cut Studio 2 to edit the video?

    Steve,

I used iMovie in the Macintosh to edit the flick. Super easy.
