Detox – Cleanse – Day 7: Happy Friends

It’s been a week since the beginning of this transformation and detox. Today is all about ridding myself of the last few people who constantly spew negativity into the air. The truth is, I don’t have many people at all in my life that I consider negative. I’ve done a great job of surrounding myself with incredible people. However, there are a few lurkers that need to go.

In todays video, Jairek Robbins and I talk about trying to only say nice things to people and leave the garbage where belongs, in the garbage. If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it at all. Of course I don’t always live by this rule and I’m guilty at times of picking on people (it tends to happen when you crack a lot of jokes), but I’m trying my best to only spread good thoughts about people, even the ones I may not like.

Okay, time to go do some paddle boarding with Jairek.

Detox – Cleanse – Day 6: OMG I Just Ate A Salad

This may seem crazy to some of you, but the truth is… before today, I’ve NEVER ate a salad. It’s funny because many of my friends on Facebook don’t believe me. They can’t fathom the idea that I’ve never actually ate a salad.

It’s a true story. I’ve always been freaked out by salad dressings, and therefore and have even attempted to taste a salad. I know, weird.

Anyhow, todays release is about letting go of limited beliefs such as hating salad and the idea that I’m not a good closer or finisher when it comes to projects. Check out the video below and you’ll see what I mean.

Cheers,

Jason

PS: If you have any recipes for dressings that don’t involve vinegar, I’d love to hear them. Thanks.

So, check it out. Here’s a pic of my very first salad…

Detox – Cleanse – Day 2 – Sticking Tubes Up Your Ass

This isn’t the easiest thing to blog about or create a video about. Let’s face it, not many people want to talk about cleaning out your colon.

However, it’s something that should be talked about a whole lot more often. So, I’ll take one for the team and do the uncomfortable.

Colonics, Colon Hydrotherapy and enemas are something that can dramatically increase your level of health. Instead of me trying to preach about it, I’d like to link to you someone who’s a bit more qualified about colon health.

Here’s an audio with David Wolfe and Dr Jameth Sheridan on the best way to detox and cleanse the colon.

Detox – Cleanse – Day 1: Is Eating Meat Murder?

Today I’m starting upon a new detox/cleanse. I’m not sure how long it will take place. I reckon it will be a couple of weeks, but I’m hoping it will have residual affects that will last a lifetime.

I want to start off by saying I’m not a health expert, nutritionalist, or someone who tries to persuade others to live as I do. I’m sharing this journey for a few reasons…

1. To hold myself accountable and keep myself on track.
2. To share my stories and transformations with others.
3. To inspire people to seek out vibrant health.

My goals for the cleanse are…

1. To eliminate as much waste as possible.
2. To replenish my cells.
3. To connect with god.
4. To open myself to unconditional love.
5. To get off drugs and alcohol.

I plan on this being a pretty intense cleanse so I’m taking it slowly, step by step. I’m in no rush. So, the first priority of business for me is to decide whether or not I’m a murderer?

Pretty tough question hey!

Cheers,

Jason
