I’ve never been the best at finishing projects or tasks. Of course, I’m incredible at beginning them. However, lately I’ve been focusing on accomplishing my to do lists and celebrating small wins to help encourage me to finish even more.

  • Jason this was perfect for me…I make lists weekly and today is Thursday, of the 19 things to do on my work list this week(all IM related) I’ve crossed off 2 of them for the week…

Granted a team of 10 outsourcers couldn’t finish my list, so I’m loving the “put little wins on the list” Idea…That way I wont feel so bad about my progress…LOL
